1 1/2-2lbs Firm white fish filets
1/2 onoin sliced thin
3/4 cup of fresh shredded parmesan cheese
3/4 cup mayo
1 tbsp dill weed dried
1 tbsp lemon pepper
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp butter sliced thin
Mix mayo,dill,lemon pepper,lemon juice together. Season fish filets with salt and pepper to taste. Spread mayo mixture over fish, coat both sides, (if fish is thinner on one side double over to make even for cooking). Add the sliced onions to the top. Top with slivered pats of butter. Bake in 13x9 baking dish at 375 for about 25 min. At the end top with parmesan cheese and broil untill top is brown and bubbley. This is great served with white rice. Not exactly figure freindly But very good ! [/b] |
